Community Health Campaign: Fitter Families Project

In collaboration with the Christian Family Service Centre, the Community Health Campaign: Fitter Families Project is organized aiming to promote the habits of doing FAMILY Holistic Health activities (physical activities and a healthy diet) and enhance family cohesion among disadvantaged and low-income families in Kwun Tong, especially those living in old urban areas and squatter areas. To create an enormous synergy effect, the project is to help build up extensive community networks by proactively engaging different stakeholders across sectors, and also to train up Health Ambassadors as leaders and core helpers, so that neighborhood cohesion among the deprived groups can be strengthened and sustained.
